Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SSPS ERP School Management System ("Service") operated by SSPS School ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Service Description

SSPS ERP is a comprehensive school management system that provides:

  • Student information management and academic tracking
  • Fee collection and payment processing through Razorpay
  • Attendance management and reporting
  • Communication tools for parents, teachers, and administrators
  • Academic calendar and timetable management
  • Library and resource management
  • Transportation management
  • Financial reporting and analytics
User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

Different user roles have different access levels and responsibilities:

  • Students: Access to personal academic records and assignments
  • Parents: Access to child's academic progress and fee information
  • Teachers: Access to class management and student records
  • Administrators: Full system access and management capabilities
Payment Terms

Fee Payments

All fee payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making payments, you agree to:

  • Pay fees on or before the due date
  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Accept our refund policy as outlined below
  • Understand that payment processing is subject to Razorpay's terms

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are subject to administrative verification
  • Partial refunds may apply based on usage and circumstances
Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

  • System failures or security breaches

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
